What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and managing the weekly event calendar, bringing life and energy to our spaces;

• Creating experiences that connect people and make every stay unforgettable;

• Collaborating with the internal team, local partners, and the Marketing & Communication department to deliver successful events;

• Planning and coordinating weekly events and activities;

• Creating engaging, relevant experiences for international guests and locals;

• Promoting events on social media channels;

• Managing performers, vendors, and budgets;

• Supervising events and coordinating involved departments;

• Building strong relationships with guests, artists, and partners.

What you should have:

• Experience in event planning or entertainment;

• A proactive, hands-on, and problem-solving attitude;

• High creativity and curiosity to try new things;

• Great communication and interpersonal skills;

• Fluency in English and Greek;

• Confidence with social media and digital tools;

• A team-player mindset with a passion for hospitality and community.
