Are you an aspiring hospitality leader with a passion for creating vibrant, community-driven spaces? Do you excel in dynamic environments where innovation and guest experience go hand in hand?
If you haven’t heard about us yet, let us introduce ourselves: YellowSquare is more than just a hostel chain, it’s a dynamic and ever-growing network of spaces in Rome, Milan, Athens, Florence, and soon, Bologna! But here’s the thing: we’re not just a place to stay—we’re a Square. YellowSquare is a hub where travelers and locals connect, exchange ideas, and build meaningful experiences. Our goal? We are looking for a highly motivated Hostel/Hotel Manager Trainee who is ready to step up and take the reins of our highly anticipated Bologna location, set to open in 2027!
Here is how your journey with us will look: for your first year you will live and work in Milan. You will work side-by-side with our Milan Hostel Manager, receiving comprehensive training on our operations, culture, and standards. During this period, you will also travel to our locations in Florence, Rome, and Athens. Once fully prepared, you will transfer permanently to Bologna as the Hostel Manager to lead the opening and full management of our brand-new Square, which will feature 424 beds and a dedicated team of approx 22 people.

Launch and lead a dynamic reality: Once in Bologna, you will take full ownership of the new Square, leading the team and managing the hostel, driving its opening success and establishing it as a local and international hub.
Grow with us: We are looking for someone who truly believes in our project and wants to scale with the company, preparing the ground in Milan before taking on the massive milestone of the Bologna opening.
Drive innovation: You’ll play a key role in optimizing performance and implementing fresh, innovative ideas from day one.

A hospitality professional with a solid background in the sector and proven experience in managerial or supervisory roles, ready for the next big step in their career.
Growth mindset: A professional who is eager to learn during the trainee phase, take full accountability for the venue's results once in Bologna, and aspires to take on greater responsibilities within our growing network.
