INTERNSHIP PROGRAM in Rome, Milan, Florence and Athens
Our internship program aims to be an enriching and fun experience full of unique adventures. Selected interns are greeted with a warm smile at our locations and receive guidance and training to excel in their roles.
What We Ask For:
Availability for 6 weeks.
Interns will participate in training activities, also supporting the SQUARES, for at least 32 hours per week, with breaks in the training activities to allow free time to enjoy the beauty of Italy or Greece.
You will test your talents in our various hostel areas, following our training activities, and also trying your hand at guest reception/information and event/activity assistance.
We understand that "internship" can mean different things, but our program isn’t tied to any university agreement, so you won’t earn academic credits here. Instead, this is a stay-for-free learning experience where you'll dive into hospitality—everything from reception to events—and gain skills you’ll definitely want to add to your CV.
N.B. In order to properly begin the internship, you must have an EU passport or a valid tourist visa, and during the first two weeks, we reserve the right to terminate your internship program if we do not see motivation, enthusiasm, and commitment.

Please note that this internship does not constitute an employment relationship (of any kind or type), as it is solely for training purposes. Participation in activities and completion of the internship program does not entail, and expressly excludes, any executive activities or those aimed at producing any economic benefit for our company. Likewise, the intern is not subject to orders and/or directives from our collaborators or employees, who will only provide educational and training guidelines and suggestions in line with the internship’s goals. Therefore, the intern will not be required to provide verbal or written explanations for any absences or delays during the internship program.
