YellowSquare Athens is looking for a Morning Square Enthusiast. You’ll be the heart of the guest experience during our morning hours, juggling roles between Reception, Breakfast/Coffee service, and the Bar in our vibrant Greek location.

What you’ll be doing:
Welcoming guests with a warm morning smile, managing check-ins/check-outs, and handling morning inquiries;
Serving coffee, breakfast, and morning drinks while chatting with guests and setting a great vibe for their day;
Promoting hostel events and local Athens experiences to make every stay unforgettable;
Being a proactive problem-solver, keeping the vibe high and morning operations smooth;
Cooperating with the whole team to ensure a seamless guest journey.
What you should have:
Availability to work 6 mornings a week (Flexible contract options available: 24h, 30h, or 36h per week depending on your availability);
At least 1 year of experience in similar roles (Reception, Bartending, or Barista);
Team spirit: the ability to collaborate across different departments;
Excellence in customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality;
High proficiency in spoken English (Greek or other languages are a huge plus!).

What we offer:
Competitive base salary (€14.200 - €16.000 gross per year based on a full-time 40h contract, pro-rated according to the agreed weekly hours/contract size);
Flexible part-time/part-week contract (24h, 30h, or 36h split across 6 morning shifts);
