YellowSquare Athens is looking for a dynamic Barista. You’ll be the face of our guests' mornings, fueling their adventures with great coffee and a high-energy vibe in our vibrant Greek location.

What you’ll be doing:

• The Morning Hero: Serving coffee, drinks, and breakfast, chatting with guests, and bringing the energy behind the bar.

• Set the Vibe: Keeping the breakfast and bar area clean, welcoming, and perfectly stocked.

• Hostel Ambassador: Chatting with international travelers, sharing local Athens tips, and promoting hostel events.

• Team Player: Helping out with light reception or guest welcoming tasks if needed during smooth morning operations.

What you should have:

• The Craft: Experience as a Barista (latte art and coffee passion are a huge plus!).

• The Schedule: Total availability for the morning shift (7:30 AM – 11:30 AM).

• Team Spirit: Ability to collaborate with the reception and operations team.

• Language Skills: High proficiency in spoken English (Greek or other languages are a huge plus!).

What we offer:

• Flexibility: Part-time contract of 20h/5 days or 24h/6 days per week.

• Fixed Schedule: Always working the morning shift (7:30 AM – 11:30 AM).

• Duration: Seasonal contract running until the end of October.

• Salary: €7,109 - €8,531.04 based on hours and experience (calculated from a full-time base of €14,218.40).
