What we offer:
CCNL Turismo – 3rd level: Starting from €24,000 gross annual salary, plus a bonus up to €1,200.

What you’ll do:
Support the Square Manager across departments: Reception/Bar, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Maintenance
Serve as a daily point of reference—clear tasks, positive energy, smooth operations
Monitor service standards, help resolve guest issues, and keep the Square vibe alive
Coordinate shifts, schedules, and workflows
Assist with admin, reporting, inventory, and local compliance
What you should bring:
5+ years in hospitality, including 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant manager role
Reception/front-desk exposure is highly valued (you’ll work closely with Reception on guest flow, check-ins, and service coordination)
Solid F&B and bartending proficiency (drinks prep, speed & quality, service standards, hygiene)
Strong team coordination and communication skills
Fluency in English & Italian (other languages are a plus)
A people-first mindset; calm and solution-oriented under pressure
Confidence with digital tools, booking/PMS systems, and hospitality tech
Hostel experience is a plus
