What You’ll Be Doing:
Operational Mastery: Splitting your time between managing the Bar flow and Reception logistics—ensuring guest check-ins are seamless and the drinks keep flowing.
Team Guidance: Being the daily "go-to" person for the crew, clarifying tasks, and keeping spirits high during peak hours.
Business Support: Assisting with admin, inventory, and reporting, while learning the ropes of Italian local regulations and hospitality tech.
Guest Experience: Resolving issues on the fly and maintaining the high service standards YellowSquare is famous for.
What You Should Bring:
Experience: 5+ years in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
Versatility: You are equally comfortable behind a coffee machine/cocktail shaker as you are behind a PMS system.
Leadership: A "people-first" mindset and the ability to stay cool when the hostel is jumping.
Languages: High proficiency in both Italian and English.
Ambition: A genuine desire to move beyond operations and learn the business side of a successful international hostel network.
