Yellowsquare is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor!

What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality, with at least 2 in a supervisory or assistant manager role;
- Strong team coordination and communication skills;
- Fluency in English & Italian;
- A knack for problem-solving and staying cool under pressure;
- A people-first mindset with an eye for guest experience and team wellbeing;
- Comfort with digital tools, booking systems, and hospitality tech;
- Previous hostel experience is a big bonus.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Square Manager in overseeing all departments: Reception/Bar, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Maintenance;
- Being a daily point of reference for team members—ensuring tasks are clear, spirits are high, and operations run smoothly;
- Monitoring service standards, helping resolve guest issues, and ensuring the Square vibe is always alive;
- Coordinating shifts, schedules, and workflows to keep everything moving;
- Assisting with admin tasks, reporting, inventory, and compliance with local regulations.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to step into a leadership position while staying grounded in the day-to-day heartbeat of a vibrant hospitality space.
