YellowSquare Milan is looking for a Hostel/Hotel Supervisor (our Square Deputy). You’ll be the right hand of our General Manager, acting as the operational heartbeat of the hostel and overseeing the team to ensure the YellowSquare vibe stays alive in the city of style.

What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the Square Lover by working closely with the Reception/Bar team and overseeing Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Maintenance;
Serving as a daily point of reference for the team — ensuring tasks are clear, energy is high, and operations run smoothly;
Monitoring service standards, resolving guest issues, and keeping the Square vibe alive and kicking;
Coordinating shifts, schedules, and workflows to keep everything moving across different departments;
Assisting with admin tasks, reporting, inventory, and ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
What you should have:
5+ years of experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role;
Strong Reception & F&B exposure: solid experience with guest flow/PMS and proficiency in bartending (speed, quality, and service standards);
Strong leadership skills: the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with a dynamic team;
A people-first mindset, staying calm and solution-oriented even under pressure;
High proficiency in spoken English and Italian (other languages are a huge plus!);
Confidence with digital tools and hospitality tech (previous hostel experience is a plus).

CCNL Turismo – 3rd level: Gross annual salary (RAL) starting from €24,000;
Initial 6-month fixed-term contract, full-time (40h/week), with a flexible Mon–Sun schedule;
