Junior Event Coordinator

YellowSquare is looking for a Junior Event Coordinator.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the design and management of the weekly event calendar, bringing life and energy to our spaces;

• Assisting in creating experiences that connect people and make every stay unforgettable;

• Collaborating with the internal team, local partners, and the Marketing & Communication department to deliver successful events;

• Helping plan and coordinate weekly events and activities;

• Contributing to engaging, relevant experiences for international guests and locals;

• Assisting in promoting events on social media channels;

• Supporting the management of performers, vendors, and basic event logistics;

• Coordinating with involved departments during event execution;

• Building friendly relationships with guests, artists, and partners.

What you should have:

• Initial experience or a strong interest in event planning, tourism, or entertainment;

• A proactive, hands-on, and willing-to-learn attitude;

• High creativity and curiosity to try new things;

• Great communication and interpersonal skills;

• Fluency in English and Greek;

• Confidence with social media and digital tools;

• A team-player mindset with a passion for hospitality and community.

• Salary based on experience, starting from €16,000 (proportionally adjusted for part-time roles);
