YellowSquare is looking for a versatile, energetic, and proactive Cook & Square Enthusiast for our Florence location. This isn't your typical "back-office" kitchen job. We are looking for a true hospitality lover who can master the kitchen but is also excited to step behind the bar, learn the art of the perfect drink, and engage with our global community. If you love cooking as much as you love the vibe of a bar, you’re the one we’re looking for.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing and serving our fast-food and pub menu, ensuring high quality and consistency;

• Learning to prepare drinks and cocktails, supporting the bar team during peak hours or specific shifts;

• Welcoming guests and taking orders with a smile, your personality is as important as your cooking skills;

• Managing the kitchen flow during your service while maintaining a collaborative spirit with the bar staff;

• Keeping both kitchen and bar areas spotless, following all hygiene and safety standards.

What you’ll bring:

• Even with minimal experience, you must be eager to learn both kitchen operations and bar service;

• Proficiency in English is a must. You’ll be chatting with travelers from every corner of the globe!

• A dedicated customer-service mindset and strong team spirit;

• Availability 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday.

• Contract: Initial fixed-term contract of 3 months (CCNL Turismo – 5° Level);

• Compensation: Gross annual salary (RAL) of €21.800 + performance incentives;
