Cosa offriamo:

• Contratto: CCNL Turismo (5° liv.), RAL €21.804.

• Formula: Full-time, iniziale di 3 mesi con concreta possibilità di proroga.

Cosa farai:

• Manutenzione 360°: Riparazioni idrauliche, elettriche e meccaniche (ordinarie e straordinarie).

• Sicurezza e Prevenzione: Ispezioni costanti e aggiornamento del piano di manutenzione mensile.

• Gestione Tecnica: Controllo dell'inventario ricambi e cura delle aree verdi esterne.

What You’ll Do:

• 360° Maintenance: Plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs (both routine and extraordinary).

• Safety & Prevention: Constant inspections and updating the monthly preventive maintenance plan.

• Technical Management: Managing spare parts inventory and maintaining outdoor green areas.
