YellowSquare is looking for a Night Deputy!

YellowSquare is looking for a reliable, professional, and confident Security Deputy, responsible for monitoring the entrance and maintaining a safe atmosphere inside our party hostel. This role is all about balancing a welcoming vibe with a watchful eye, making sure our guests feel safe, respected, and free to enjoy their experience.

What you’ll do:

- Controlling and monitoring entrance access;
- Checking guests’ IDs and enforcing entry rules;
- Patrol and supervise safety inside the hostel’s common areas as well as the entrance;
- Handling delicate situations, such as guests under the influence or people in distress;
- Cooperating with the reception and bar team to guarantee safety and smooth operations;
- Assisting in emergencies and following security protocols.

What you’ll bring:

- At least 2 years of previous experience in security or a similar role;
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and effectively de-escalate conflicts;
- Strong communication skills and a respectful sense of authority;
- Flexibility with working hours, including nights and weekends;
- Team spirit and willingness to collaborate with different departments;
- Proficiency in spoken English and Greek (other languages are a plus).

- Part-time or Full-time contract: 40 hours per week, 5 days from Monday to Sunday, shifts may vary, covering the entire period from 19:00 to 05:30
