Reception & Bar All-Rounder (Hostel)

YellowSquare is looking for a Square Enthusiast for our hostel in Athens. This isn’t your typical 9-to-5: you’ll be the heart of the guest experience, juggling roles between the Reception and the Bar.

What you’ll do:

• Welcoming guests with a smile, managing check-ins, and handling check-outs;

• Serving coffee and drinks, chatting with guests, and being the life of the party behind the bar;

• Promoting hostel events and local Athens experiences to make every stay unforgettable;

• Being a proactive problem-solver;

• Cooperating with the whole team to keep the vibe high and operations smooth.

What you’ll bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in similar roles (Reception, Bartending, or Barista);

• Team spirit: the ability to collaborate across different departments;

• Flexibility: ready to work 5 days a week on a shift schedule (including nights and weekends);

• Excellence in customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality;

• High proficiency in spoken English (Greek or other languages are a huge plus!).
