Yellowsquare is looking for a Customer Care/Sales Assistant Intern
YellowSquare is a dynamic and growing hospitality brand with hostels in Rome, Milan, and Florence, and exciting new openings on the horizon. This internship is based at our headquarters in Rome, where you will join our Sales & Customer Care team and support all our Squares remotely.
What you’ll be doing:
Assisting guests with reservations, queries, and complaints;
Managing and responding to guest reviews;
Communicating effectively across different YellowSquare locations;
Supporting internal teams by distributing key information;
Working closely with a supervisor to navigate various customer service scenarios.
What you should have:
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with others;
Flexibility and readiness to adapt to different shifts and schedules;
A passion for customer service and making people feel welcome;
Excellent English and another foreign language, plus at least a B2 level of Italian;
Strong Excel skills;
A positive, problem-solving mindset;
Codice Fiscale and all required documents to be legally hired in Italy.
What we offer:
Internship (stage/tirocinio) of 3 to 6 months;
International office located between Termini and Castro Pretorio (no smart working during the internship);
Full-time: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday);
