YellowSquare is looking for a Sales & Customer Care Experiencer!

YellowSquare is looking for a Sales & Customer Care Experiencer to join our awesome team at the Rome HQ. You’ll be the vital connection point between our guests (B2C), our partners (B2B), and all our Squares, making sure everyone experiences the full Yellow vibe from the first click to check-out and beyond.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building & Maintaining Relationships: Connecting with schools, tour operators, and travel agencies to grow our B2B community;

  • Guest Interaction (B2C): Responding to inquiries, managing bookings, and handling reviews via email, phone, and online channels;

  • Connecting the Dots: Keeping communication flowing smoothly between all our Squares (Rome, Milan, Florence, and Athens);

  • Department Coordination: Working closely with other teams to ensure our guests are always informed, happy, and well-cared for;

  • Problem Solving: Handling complex situations with an empathetic, solution-oriented approach.

What you should have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer care, hospitality, or sales;

  • High proficiency in Italian and English (C1 level) — any extra languages are a huge plus!;

  • Tech Savvy: Confidence using property management systems (Clock), OTA extranets, CRMs, and Google Workspace (knowledge of channel managers is a plus);

  • A People-First Mindset: Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a natural knack for organization;

  • Team Spirit: The ability to shine within a team while remaining independent and proactive when needed;

  • Availability: Ready for a full-time role based at our Rome HQ (with a rotating Mon–Sun schedule).

What we offer:

  • CCNL Turismo – 4th level: Gross annual salary (RAL) of €23,249.66;

  • Full-time contract: 40 hours per week with 1 remote day per week (smart working);
